InsideVue ultrasound examinations
For your own peace of mind ...
For many, the worst part of any illness is often the not knowing. Most of us can deal with certainty but its the unknown that causes the greatest anxiety and stress.
At InsideVue we cannot treat patients conditions, but we can help with that first crucial step towards treatment, that's getting to a quick diagnosis.
... and those that you care about
Your GP will make a referral for you. We always try to contact patients by phone, usually within 2 weeks of receiving your referral, so it’s important to make sure your GP has your up to date contact details. Under NHS regulations we are not allowed to leave a telephone message unless it is to a personal mobile phone number. So we may have called but not left a message. If you are happy for us to leave a phone message, then do tell your GP and they can note this on your referral form. Unlike hospitals, we don’t just issue appointment dates, rather we call you to find out when it will be convenient for you to come in and will offer you a range of dates and times. We will also discuss any preparation that may be needed for your scan. We offer our clients appointments usually within 4 -6 weeks of receiving your referral. your GP will usually receive a written report the same day or within one working day - we may even talk to the referrer prior to sending your report.
Our patients receive a level of care more usually associated with a private clinic, patients are more than just an NHS or hospital number at InsideVue. Each patient is treated as an individual and is asked to complete a patient questionnaire to help us find ways of continually improving the service we provide to our client patients.
